What a great experience from start to finish. This is after some messing about with other companies who we unfortunately didn’t get very far with. From the first phone call, the service was outstanding. They answered instantly and Aaron was at my house measuring up just 45 minutes later, incredibly fast! Aaron was brilliant, honest, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He clearly has a strong building background and gave me lots of helpful advice. We checked out the products, popped up to the showroom to confirm colours, and their quote came in cheaper than the others I’d received. I was so impressed that I paid the deposit on the spot. The whole process from initial call to deposit took just two hours. To top it off, Aaron even threw in a perfect ex-demo window for another small job at no extra cost. We recently had a new front door supplied and fitted by Glaze Windows and Doors and I honestly could not fault the experience from start to finish. From the first enquiry there was no pressure at all, which made a big difference compared to some of the other companies we spoke to. They took the time to talk us through the options, turned up when they said they would to measure up, and the whole process felt straightforward and well organised. Price wise they came in below the other quotes we had, but without cutting corners. The quality of the door and the workmanship is spot on.
